Modern Condo in Trendy Mission

The first goal of this project was to update the original build with a modern style suited for the trendy Mission area. The second goal was to maximize the square footage of this smaller condo and increase its value. Opening up the kitchen makes the main living space feel much larger. By stealing space from the living room for a closet, the den is now a proper second bedroom which increases the property’s value. Likewise, the joint powder room/laundry room is now a full bathroom with the shower in place of the washer/dryer. A large storage area now serves as a spacious laundry room.
