A Chef’s Kitchen
These clients loved to cook and entertain, but their kitchen was small and separate from their living space. By removing a load-bearing wall and replacing it with a structural steel support beam, the whole floor opens up and creates a chef’s dream for indulging and entertaining guests. Upstairs in the ensuite, a cumbersome jacuzzi is now a streamlined soaker tub and a stand-alone shower, and the original small walk-in closet now opens up into the bathroom with custom millwork providing the client with ample closet space.
