Occasionally, when sourcing materials for a project, something so unique comes along that the entire design revolves around it. For these clients, stunning natural stone countertops were essential, and they fell in love with this striking quartzite. It is now the showpiece in the kitchen, with the rest of the finishings chosen to complement it. The greenish hues and rust colouring of the countertop carry to the other focal point of the living space, the fireplace. Clad in thin ceramic slabs that emulate patinaed copper, it is unique and eye-catching.
